Below are some questions and answers so you can be successful with your
new CD’s.
How do I use these CD’s
to get the maximum results?
I would recommend a maximum of two programs.
It is best to listen to one CD in the morning and one in the evening.
You could also listen to one for 4-5 days in a row in the evening and
then the other CD for 4-5 days in a row. You are the one who knows best
for you. You may listen to your entire program over and over again if
it feels comfortable to you. Some people have their CD players on a continuous
loop at night. There are five components necessary for effective results
with your CD’s in order to reach the other-than-conscious mind and
make permanent changes. They are:
• Motivation
• Relaxation
• Imagination
• Suggestion
• Spaced Repetition
How do I get the maximum
results with a body changing program?
When you are using a body changing program,
you want to listen to your CD’s at night so that your brain and
body has those specific suggestions to act on as you sleep. You can even
put your CD player on continuous loop, so you can listen to it all night
long while you sleep. Why we suggest this is every evening there is new
cell growth and healing happens when we are in our deepest states of sleep.
How do I get the maximum
results with a behavioral changing program?
When you are using a behavioral changing
program, it is recommended to listen to it in the morning. Why we recommend
this is so you have conscious awareness of how you are implementing the
changes into your daily behaviors.
What to expect when using
your CD’s.
You will know when you have resolved the
issue at hand. You will feel as though you are complete with certain sessions.
At this point, simply continue with the sessions you feel you still need
to focus on. Aversions will arise and just work through them. When you
are trying to create a deep change within yourself, there may be issues
that don’t easily release. Your commitment to your program is imperative
to your success. If you stick with it and allow the changes to happen,
you will see these issues start to release for you. Don’t make work
of it; just allow it to unfold naturally. Relaxation and space repetition
are the keys!
Can anyone be hypnotized?
Most people can be hypnotized. If you do
not have an I.Q. below 70 and you do not have a history of extreme mental
illness, then you are fine. You do not need to be in a deep trance, but
you do need to be willing and open to the suggestions. You cannot force
anyone to do anything they do not want to do. If you feel you have a need
to prove that it won’t work, then it may not work for you. The most
important thing is to try to relax, remove interruptions, and let your
imagination experience it in all your senses (visual, auditory, emotions,
smell, taste).
How does it feel to be
hypnotized?
Most people remain consciously aware of
their surroundings while in hypnosis, meditation or guided imagery. Many
will experience one or more of the following sensations.
• Tingling in the fingertips, toes and limbs
• A sense of lightness
• A floating sensation
• A sense of heaviness
• A feeling of sinking into the chair, bed or surface beneath you
• A sense of energy moving through the body
• Rapid eyelid fluttering
• An increase or decrease in salivation
• A feeling of no-feeling (as if your body has melted away)
What if I am having trouble
relaxing while I listen to my CD’s?
You can use your mind, body and breathe
to assist you in relaxing. When you can slow down your breathing, you
can slow down your mind (chatter). You will have to decide that you will
relax. You may have to give yourself a pep-talk before you listen to your
CD’s. If you listen to your CD’s before you go to sleep, you
can take advantage of the natural hypnosis state that happens just before
sleep. If you fall asleep while listening to your CD’s, don’t
worry. Your subconscious mind is listening and you are getting the benefits
of your session.
My mind wanders and it is difficult
for me to stay focused on what is being said. Is this ok?
Your conscious mind is drifting away thinking
of other things, while subconscious mind is very aware of everything being
said. You are achieving a state of hypnosis if you are in that dreamy
state (alpha).
How soon should I notice
changes by listening to my CD’s?
Everyone is different and you should go
with the flow. Remember, “There’s wanting it which is one
thing and allowing it is completely different.” If you have done
a lot of meditation, mind work or hypnosis, you may notice a change right
away. If you have never done any mental work, then it might take a little
more time. You can teach your brain to respond. It is worth learning even
if you do not get results right away. The progress you make will be worth
the effort. Some people have amazing and profound changes within one day.
Some notice a gradual change over a few days or weeks. You need to remember
to not stop and take score. When you are doing that, you are creating
resistance to your own success. Allow it to unfold.
