Track 1 - Playing in the Sand: This is a story were you make a picture in your mind of your body getting healthy. Image that you're going to the beach. You pack the cooler, grab your towel, your beach toys and the sunscreen. In this story, a sand sieve is used as an image of the body ridding itself of unhealthy cells. The healing cells in the body are separated from the unhealthy cells in an effort to rid illness from the body.
Track 2 - The Strong Tree: This is a story were you will use an image of a tree to give you a picture of strength that you can use whenever you wish to be strong. Sometimes a serious illness or a medication can have side effects that cause our bodies to change. This story helps remind us that even with changes in our appearance, we are still the people we were before.
Track 3 - Your Friendly Dragon: In this story, a dragon helps you express any of your feelings from anger to happiness. You are encouraged to express feelings in ways that are safe and help you feel better.
