Track 1 - Tune into the Body Meditation:
This meditation process teaches your child to tune into the body and
observe the breath as well as each body sensation.
Track 2 - Multi Sensory Meditation: This
following meditation exercise uses both sides of the brain. Your child
will activate the visual, auditory, kinesthectic, and images of taste
and smell. This process allows your child to have more awareness of
his/her senses.
Track 3 - Crossing Sense Meditation:
This meditation exercise is very different and you can discuss with
your child the link between memory and senses. Your child will link
a memory with a smell or taste.
Track 4 - An Undersea Adventure Meditation:
This meditation process will allow your child to unlock an creativity
and imagination within the mind.

This 4 track Meditation will teach your
child to relax, quiet the mind, explore, and activate all their senese.

Track 1 - Time Traveling Meditation:
Your child will explore a place in time and space that they have never
visited before. They may go either backwards or forward in time and
act as journalists who have come to learn as much as possible about
this undiscovered place.
Track 2 - Using Your Imaginary Body Meditation:
The purpose of the exercise is to show children how quickly and effectively
they can increase physical skills through mental rehearsal. In this
exercise they'll rotate their body around to the right without moving
their feet to see how far they can rotate before and after mental rehearsal.
Track 3 - Skill Rehearsal with a Master Teacher
Meditation: In this exercise your child will imagine a "Master
Teacher" to help them improve a specific skill. Begin by choosing
a skill first before listening to this CD. It could be to improve in
soccer, writing, reading, painting, etc.
Trach 4 - The House of Perception Meditation:
In this meditation exercise, your child will imagine going into a room
of each sense: sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch and clean out
any cobwebs in each imaginary room that may be preventing them from
perceving each sense.

their cause, someone who will give them advice when the future looks
bleake. In this process, the confidante may take form of a grandparent,
a peer, pet, or stuffed animal.
Track 4 - Heart Meditation:
This meditation process allows your child to connect
to their heart, connect to the loving energy from mother earth as well
as connect to the rod of hope and light from the universe.
