Track 1 - Brush Pain Away: In this story, you can use a real paint brush to stimulate the skin as a way to distract yourself from uncomfortable sensations in your body. In this story you will brush away pain.
Track 2 - A Special Flag: In this story, you locate a spot inside your body that is painful or uncomfortable. You use your imagination to mark the spot with a flag. You focus your attention only on the movement of the flag and are distracted from the uncomfortable feeling below the flag.
Track 3 - Hot Air Baloon Ride: In this story, a ride in a hot air balloon encourages you to rise above sensations of pain or discomfort. Track 2 - Magical Flower Field: Sometimes parts of you hurts and you feel pain. Sometimes you need a treatment or a medical test that is uncomfortable.
