Track 1 - Allow Yourself to Dream:In this story, you are encouraged to take time to focus on the positive aspects of each day to help you relax and feel ready for sleep.
Track 2 - Experience Pleasant Dreams: This story provides a guided imagery relaxation exercise with a suggestion for using positive thinking before falling asleep.
Track 3 - The Deer Family: Assist with night time sleeping problems. Your child will imagine meeting a deer family and then curling up against the warm sweet fawn. Your child will drift into a deep sleep, knowing they are safe with their new friends, the deer. Your child will release tension and relax.

Track 2 - Your Night Time Friend: This imagery can be used for general symptoms such as when you feel sick or unhappy. It helps a child believe they can get better as well as assisting your child in coping.

Track 2 - Stop Nightmares: Nightmares take place during REM sleep, the dream state, which is later in the evening or before waking in the morning. Positive suggestions before going to bed can be very effective in determining the type of dreams we have while asleep.
Track 3 - Sleeping In Their Own Bed: Children need to be independent. Sleeping on their own helps them to develop their own sense of confidence. It is recommended to talk to your child about moving into their own bed. Start a nighttime ritual to get them to feel comfortable.
