Track 1 - Guardian Angel: This process
will focus on how your unconscious mind has been in a protection mode.
This means that while you are trying to sleep, half of your mind is
relaxing, but the other half is listening out (maybe for an intruder,
a baby or any event that should occur in the night). Your child will
imagine an angel, who will watch over them and protects them during
the night.
Track 2 - Your Night Time Friend: This
imagery can be used for general symptoms such as when you feel sick
or unhappy. It helps a child believe they can get better as well as
assisting your child in coping.
Track 3 - Relaxation and Peaceful Sleep:
This track is designed to assist your child in relaxing your body
so you can sleep peacefully. Sometimes when you are in discomfort
or pain, it is difficult to fall asleep. This is good for someone
who has just recovered from surgery or an injury

Track 1 - Stay Asleep at Night: This
process teaches your child how to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep
all night long.
Track 2 - Stop Nightmares: Nightmares
take place during REM sleep, the dream state, which is later in the
evening or before waking in the morning. Positive suggestions before
going to bed can be very effective in determining the type of dreams
we have while asleep.
Track 3 - Sleeping In Their Own Bed:
Children need to be independent. Sleeping on their own helps them
to develop their own sense of confidence. It is recommended to talk
to your child about moving into their own bed. Start a nighttime ritual
to get them to feel comfortable.
