You'll be able to open the doorway between the middle world in which you live every day and the enchanted terrain of the Upper and Lower Worlds. Through your prayers, you can create sacred space at any location on Earth, and from here you can begin your journey. 30 minutes
Track 2 - Journey to Eden: This shamanic journey will take you back to our mythical Edan, back to the Mother that we were separated from when we adopted the belief that we'd been cast from the garden. Track 1 - Journey to the Chamber of Wounds: First you will open your sacred space and call on the four cardinal directions. You will enter a beautiful green meadow as you call upon the gatekeeper of the lower world. You will allow the gatekeeper to guide you to the chamber of wounds where healing can take place. You will will focus on mending the past and healng the future. 30 minutes
Track 2 - Journey to the Chamber of Contracts: As before, you will first open your sacred space and call on the four cardinal directions. You will focus your intention to enter the Chamber of Soul Contracts. You will journey to the garden of the lower world and greet the gatekeeper. He will guide you into the Chamber of Contracts. You will explore the agreements and be able to create a new agreement. 30 minutes

Mending and Healing with Soul Retrieval Part 3 CD
Track 1 - Journey to the Chamber of Grace: When you enter the Chamber of Grace to retrieve a last part of your soul, you'll have reacquainted yourself with that soul part and protect him/her. 30 minutes
Track 2 - Journey to the Chamber of Treasures: This is the final chamber of the lower world. Here you will find your own tool, that mythical slingshot that will conquer the resistance of change. When you find your tool, you'll carry it back from the lower world of potential and possibility and into the physical world of action and expression. 30 minutes

Track 1 - Journey to Retrieve Your Power Animal: This shamanic journey exercise can help you embody the essence of your power animal.
