Introduction to Master the Upper Rooms
In this blog post and podcast series – Master the Upper Rooms, I intend to teach anyone willing to listen and apply the teachings on how to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. I realize that life for everyone would be much simpler if we all learned how to comprehend each step of human consciousness, ranging from the energy frequency level of 20 to the level of 1,000. I will not preach the concept. My intention is for everyone to grasp the idea and apply the teachings to their everyday lives. This is the missing element and component of many spiritual practices and teachings. I am here to teach everyone how to live a better life, thrive, and enjoy the journey of being human. This is not a religious teaching but a spiritual teaching. All religions are welcome because, in my opinion, religion needs to learn how to Master the Upper Rooms to support their congregation into entering the Kingdom of Heaven. Because humanity wants to ascend, and religion is suffering. More and more people are turning away from religious teachings because they preach different concepts that people no longer desire to learn. People want to become better human beings, but how? This series will teach you how and explain why so many people struggle in life. Then, to master oneself, the teaching must be applied to one’s daily life. Becoming what you seek and holding that vibrational alignment until you become it. It is no longer a concept or idea. You embody it and embrace the essence of courage, empowerment, and trust, and you release the old ways of thinking, acting, and behaving. You embrace this new you as you begin to master each step towards the Kingdom of Heaven.
What is Master the Upper Rooms?
Master the Upper Rooms is about understanding yourself, others, and the world better. It is about establishing emotional intelligence and becoming one with the frequency of Love. Love is the first upper room to the Kingdom of Heaven. It is not a place or destination. It is becoming one with the essence and presence of LOVE. One with the Christ Consciousness and everything around you. You become what you seek. You speak with words of kindness, love, forgiveness, hope, inspiration, wisdom, and acceptance. You listen with patience, and an open heart, and you leave judgment outside your energy field. You vibrate this energy out into the world that says, welcome. People perceive you as being safe, trustworthy, kind, and wise. And when you are facing drama or chaos, you do your best to stay aligned with that loving presence. Staying neutral and able to see both sides of the chaotic situation without diving down into fear-based ideas that linger in the vibrational set points below 200. Therefore, each time one is faced with a challenging life event, one can stop. They can ask themselves, what would Divine Love do in this situation? How would Divine Love respond? How would Divine Love speak, behave, react, and behave? Would Divine Love get angry and freak out? Of course not. Anger and fear do not live in the upper room of LOVE.
You see, we exist and live in this world, yet many people do not realize that we live in a world created out of thoughts, ideas, concepts, emotions, energy, frequencies, and vibrations. For example, each generation has intellectually evolved from previous generations. The collective consciousness strives to evolve and to exist in harmony. Therefore, the collective wants to end wars, embrace everyone as a whole, and find peace on Earth. We are still working on women’s rights, sexuality, freedom, equality, different forms of education, and much more. The old ways of thinking, acting, and behaving no longer work. Our species will not exist if we continue down this path of destruction of ourselves and this planet. That is why we see chaos in our world. Too many people were stuck in fear-based thought patterns and behaviors. And yes, there are people out there that were born in darkness and created out of darkness that want destruction, wars, starvation, and to get extremely rich off the suffering within this world. These people live in the lower vibrational frequencies based upon their thought patterns, attitude, personality, and thought processes. The truth is these people are stuck in darkness and cannot find their way back home into the light. That is why this work is so important. When you become connected and a beacon of light for humanity, even the one’s stuck in darkness can feel it. Some of them want what you have but are confused. Confused because within their life history, they were spoon feed lies, false truths, deceived, abused, betrayed, abandoned, rejected, shamed, bullied, and made to feel worthless. Their life history defines them just by a mere thought. Someone else idea or labeling. Yet, these people can change as well and rediscover the light within them. To become connected, instead of disconnected. To strive for wholeness, instead of separation. That is why these people need to see the living example of how life could be when fear no longer runs or rules all of their choices. Because here is a little chunk of truth. All these people want is to be content, to be accepted, and to feel peace within their hearts and minds. All the drama and chaos are exhausting and soul draining. It creates anxiety, depression, sadness, anger, hatred, and guilt.
So, one has to ask themselves this question, “Where do you want to live within your heart and mind? Do you want peace or war? Happiness or sadness? Love or temporary lust? Financial stability or poverty? How do you want to wake up in the morning – content or depressed?” Learning how to master your emotions, thought patterns, behaviors, and choices is how one does learn how to master one’s life. Do you take the high road or the low road? It is all about choices.
How to Master the Upper Rooms?
Now this can be the tricky part. We all have our own history and personal journey in life. Some people are stuck in negative belief patterns that limit their progress forward in life. Others can allow their past traumas to define their present and future choices. Then other people can cling to their life stories as if it defines them and the truth is, it is all about a choice. The real question is why do you allow it to still define your life and keep one stuck in the state of victim mentality or can one rise above it and release the old ways of thinking, acting, and behaving?
Do you want to rediscover your true authentic self, or do you choose to stay stuck and lost inside? And yes, fear can cloud the mind. Whispering lies and fearful thoughts that you are not good enough because of the things you did in the past. Everyone deserves a break and a second chance. And I am sure some people will argue that I did give that person a second and third chance and they still would not change. This is about You and you alone. Master the Upper Rooms is about you and nobody else. It is that saying, you can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink. I know it is not what some people want to hear, but you come first. You cannot save another person until you save yourself first.
So, how to the master the upper rooms are to first have patience with yourself. Be kind, gentle, compassionate, and easing going with yourself. Think of it as a journey you are about to take, yet the journey never has an ending because life never has an ending until your vessel stops functioning. One is becoming what they seek from others within this world. If you seek patience, kindness, compassion, cooperation, respect, generosity, grace, forgiveness, and love, then you become what you seek first. You master it, embody it, and embrace it as who and what you are inside and out. It is not about pretending and then going back to your old was of hurting yourself or another person. It is about making a choice and sticking to that choice.
For example, let’s say your best female friends love to trash talk and gossip about other people. I am sure you do not like it when someone talks trash about you or airs your dirty laundry for everyone to judge and critic your imperfections. So, for today when you sit down with your friends, make the choice to no longer engage in those types of conversations. Rise above it. When someone insults another person harshly, turn it around and say something positive about that person. Shift the perspective around from insulting to saying something hopeful and inspiring. You do not need to grovel in the dirt with your friends. You can still be the presence of kindness, compassion, and forgiveness. You can also be silent. Just sending out the vibration of love and light into the space you all hold. Our thoughts and emotions do impact the space around and within us. You could even be praying in your mind, and nobody would know. Praying for divine guidance and wisdom from Divine Love.
Now, let’s say someone does notice the change within you. Some might take offense to your new positive attitude. They enjoyed you better when you feed the flames of hate, anger, revenge, bitterness, or pride. And when I say pride, it is egotistical pride as if you are above or better than this person instead of them being your equal in the eyes of Divine Love. This person might challenge you and try to drag you back under into the negative patterns, attitudes, and behaviors of the past.
So, ask yourself these questions and write down the responses in a journal:
- Can you stand your ground and set healthy boundaries? If not, why?
- Are you capable of speaking your truth without allow the fear of rejection to dictate your responses or choices?
- Can you respect and love yourself enough to one day realize that this person is toxic and dysfunctional?
- Was the relationship formed out of a trauma bonding situation?
- Did your past traumatic life experiences bring you both together? And if so, can this relationship bloom and blossom into something beautiful because you both overcame your past traumatic life events, or does the other person still cling to the victim role?
- Do you believe that everyone is out to get you, life is miserable, or this is all that life has to offer?
What do you do? You go within yourself and explore what would bring you happiness, not the other person. And what if your happiness in life influenced and inspired your friend to change, just by your living example of embracing happiness into your mind, heart, and soul? That would be wonderful, correct?
Understanding the Upper Rooms and Human Consciousness
Below is an image Divine Love or God, showed me to draw in September 2023. This was not the first time Divine Love or God had me create and draw an image to better support humanity. I channel and have been doing modern text channeling for over 20 years. When I work with clients, I channel. It is called conscious channeling. The best way for me to support one is understanding the upper rooms of human consciousness is to give you an example of two different types of people. The ones that exist and reside below the energy and human consciousness levels below 200 and the one’s above it.
Subject One – Tom: Tom grew up in an abusive home environment. His dad was emotionally, verbally, mentally, and physically abusive. His mom left them when he was very young because she could not handle the physical abuse anymore. She wanted to take Tom with her to spare him any future abuse, but she knew that her husband would kill her if she tired. Because of this realistic or false truth, Tom feared his father and that is exactly what his father wanted. His father believed that if his son feared him, that he would then respect him and obey. Tom hated his life. His father never gave him a hug or said, I love you. Tom was forbidden to see his mother and was feed lies that she died or just vanished.
Since Tom did not grow up in a secure and nurturing home environment, he developed an avoidant attachment style. He learned to take care of himself and to not seek comfort and emotional support. His dad taught him that emotions were signs of weakness. So, Tom just stuffed his emotions down, which eventually turned into boiling rage, hatred, and destructive thought patterns. Tom’s outlook on life is bleak, dark, and everyone lives in separation. He hates his life, future, choices, and everyone around him. He feels sorry for himself and wants to change but does not know how to change. Because for Tom, change has been scary and deceptive in the past. Tom has gotten hurt and wounded when he tried to change. So, he has learned to just accept defeat before even trying to change. Tom is stuck in the lower vibrational thought patterns below 200. Therefore, he will display all the traits, behaviors, actions, personalities, and thought patterns of someone who lives within the lower human consciousness emotional vibrations. Below are a list of traits, personalities, behaviors, and attitudes.
- Angry, vengeful, jealous, and aggressive.
- Arrogant, self-righteous, competitive, egotistical, and demanding.
- Disappointed, greedy, controlling of others, and displays addictive behaviors.
- Withdrawn, fearful, and experiences anxiety.
- Regrets, depression, and grief.
- Despair, hopeless and condemning of others.
- Blames, guilt trips, vindictive, evil, and destructive.
- Miserable, humiliates, shameful, and despising.
More than ever, Tom will need someone to guide and support him if he is willing to one day attempt to heal from his painful past and redefine his life. He will need to be held accountable for his positive progress forward, instead of clinging to the old ways of thinking that he is nothing but a complete failure in life. For this truth I do know from my personal and professional experience, one can consciously know what they need to change in order to become free, but subconsciously there is negative programming within the mind that must be addressed. That why hypnosis, imagery, meditation, NLP, subliminal suggestions, and coaching work. If you experienced trauma there is EMDR and IFS (Internal Family Systems). There is DBT and CBT techniques and many other tools to rebalance the body, emotions, mind, and spirit. When one is stuck, there is always a tool and resource to give one relief.
Subject Two – Tim: Tim grew up in a nurturing home environment. Both his parents were warm and affectionate. Tim has a secure attachment style and views the world as being bright and exciting. Tim loves sports and was about to get a scholarship to a respectable college. One day, Tim has a terrible car accident. His knee was shattered, and metal pin were placed within his legs and spinal column. All of Tim’s hopes and dreams were shattered in that one car accident. He fell into a deep depression and was seeking a way out of the darkness and back into the light. Tim did not want to think of himself as a cripple at age 18. He still had his whole life before him. So, Tim clung to courage (200) and discovered that he needed to become neutral (250) with what happened to him. He realized in therapy that he needed to release (250) his old life expectations and he needed to create a new life with hopeful (310) new choices if he was going to find any peace of mind. As Tim examined his life and choices, he realized that it was pointless to stay stuck in the past. The past only brought him misery, pain, disappointment, and sadness. He could play the victim and be angry at himself and the world or he had to embrace the new, which opened many doors and possibilities. The good news is Tim did achieve his goal of overcoming his past. He still loved sports and became a coach at his local high school. He learned to inspire others who were stuck in the lower vibrational thought patterns. He did this just by being himself and becoming a humble human being. He mastered and became the essence and presence of compassion, kindness, cooperation, wisdom, forgiveness, and courage to serve humanity.
Can you see the difference in these two examples? One supports life and the other one destroys life. And when I say destroys life, the toxic person is not only destroying themselves inside but those around them by his toxic mental attitude, presence, and vibration. This is why Tom needs to meet someone like Tim. Because once Tim has learned to master his own life and can be the light Tom seeks inside of himself, Tim can softly become that pinhole of light for Tom. Supporting Tom in shifting his perspective about his life history and choices. To guide Tom in finding compassion, kindness, and forgiveness for himself and others. This all take time and patience. Again, you become what you seek.
So, moving forward with this new series that Divine Love wants me to teach humanity, I will start off with supporting everyone in aligning to the first vibrational setpoint of 200. I will unpack and shine my light upon courage, permitting yourself to explore the ideas of possibly changing your life for the better, positive affirmations or mantras, and instilling self-empowerment within yourself. I would suggest getting yourself a journal because one day you will look back at your achievements to remind you where you were and where you are heading. I will also include a guided meditation for each level of human consciousness that I will recommend one listen to for 30-days, every day. So, get ready to enjoy this journey with me. If you want some FREE interesting reading, you can checkout my book, Affirming and Focusing on Living a Better Life.
If you are struggling with someone toxic or narcissistic, you can jump over to my podcast series, The Undetected Narcissist. The first two podcast and blog post seasons are about these types of people, but I come from a perspective of love, wisdom, compassion, and forgiveness. You see, we human create these people and if you do not like them, stop creating them. In season three, I am supporting people who are either toxic or narcissistic as well as individuals stuck with toxic people within their lives. Either way, I am teaching two different aspects of how to Master the Upper Rooms from two different perspectives.
