Track 2 – Post Traumatic Stress Disorders: This process uses a NLP technique to assist you in overcoming PTSD. You will imagine yourself in a theatre and on the screen, you will see a movie picture played for you. You will see your name on the screen because the movie picture is of your life. From this experience you will be able to learn and understand your PTSD. You will realize that the past is the past and there is nothing that you can do to change what happened, but you can change the way that you feel about it now. This process can be very comforting for you, as the impact of that event will begin to lessen. 33 minutes
