There are several positive suggestions to become a non-smoker as well as some NLP techniques. You will soon learn that each time you reach for a cigarette, you will soon feel uncomfortable about it. Track 2 – Stop Smoking Part 2: In this self hypnosis process you will change your perception at the way you look at a cigarette, smell the smoke of a cigarette and watch others consuming cigarettes. This CD will focus on you losing the desire for a cigarette as well as focusing on your health. 29 minutes
