Track 1 – Binge Eating: There can be times when we do not realize that we ate so quickly that we stuffed. Binge eating means – eating past the point of “feeling” full. You may have a few more bites of food and not realize that you are binge eating. This process will assist you in “stopping” when you feel that sensation of fullness or when you visually, emotionally or mentally feel you have had enough to eat. 30 minutes
Track 2 – Portion Control and Eating Slower: There are so many distractions in life that it can be easy to over eat and eat quickly. Time can be an issue for many of us, yet we need to make time in order to be successful. This process will assist you in eating more slowly and having portion control. 33 minutes
