Track 1 – Guided Meditation for Exploration of Heavy Afflictive Emotional States: This exploring forgiveness healing process will focus on awareness and liberation. You are doing a deep investigation in healing the mind/body, which has been previously unexplored. This process is good for someone who feels overwhelmed, anger, guilt, doubt, confusion, greed, shame, lust, and mercilessness. In this process you will allow the content of thought to unfold as it will as you direct your awareness into the body pattern. This is a very powerful process. 28 minutes
Track 2 – Boat Dock of Forgiveness: This self hypnosis process will allow you to find forgiveness for others as well as yourself. Then you will fill yourself up with self-love as you release any negative thoughts, emotions or beliefs. 33 minutes
