Track 1 – Self Hypnosis for Coping with Depression: Depression can result after any number of life changing events and often we feel as though we just don’t have any control over our own life. It can be like a spiral that revolves down and around. In this process you will learn to really enjoy and appreciate the good times when they come because life is a series of ups and downs. Just like that spiral, you can go either way. You have a choice and making that choice. Sometimes it requires just a little bit of effort to change your direction and this process will help you do it. 28 minutes
Track 2 – Calm-mm: This hypnotherapy metaphor process will assist you with depression with underlying self criticism. You will relax and calm your emotional state as well. 30 minutes
