Track 1 – Feeling Good About the Self: In this self hypnosis process you will take yourself to your favorite place. You will begin to feel good about yourself as you connect to the confidence that is building inside of you. You will begin to see value in your experiences and begin seeing the positive side of everything around you. You will begin to act upon your own priorities, no longer looking outside of yourself. 27 minutes
Track 2 – Assertiveness: In this self hypnosis process you will develop the confidence to speak up more, to start making requests or asking for favors and start to insist that your rights be respected. You will allow yourself to suffer in silence or turn the other cheek. You will begin to find it easy to express any negative emotions, should you feel that they are justified. You will also be able to say “NO” as you enjoy your new positive self pride. 30 minutes
