Track 1 – Circle of Forgiveness: This forgiveness with self hypnosis tools process you will imagine yourself at the beach. You will pick up a piece of driftwood and draw a circle around you. In this circle you will place all the people and experiences that you’ve encountered in your life. You will draw symbols in the sand for each different person and experience. Then you will affirm, “All things that have offended me, I forgive – from within and without – I forgive all things and people from my past”. This is a very powerful process and very rewarding. 29 minutes
Track 2 – The Observing Self: This self hypnosis process is for people when you feel the important desire to “rise above” and get outside an emotional reaction you may have been having to a situation. It is like you are detaching yourself and observing it differently. This will enable you to see it from a wider point of view. By doing this process you may be able to find forgiveness and understanding when you are “detached” from the emotional state. 20 minutes
