Track 1 – Forgiveness Meditation: This meditation process will focus on forgiveness for another and yourself. Remember, forgiveness is not saying what someone did to you is ok, forgiveness is really for yourself. It allows you to no longer be hooked in by that person. When you truly forgive, there is nothing to trigger you or bring you down. You have gained your own personal power back. 29 minutes
Track 2 – Forgiveness: This guided meditation total forgiveness process starts off in a Tee-Pee and brings you to a place by the ocean. You will be able to forgive people in your life and allow healing to take place. 26 minutes
