Track 1 – Bereavement (Loss of a Loved One): Losing someone we love is the most difficult thing that we have to live through. This process will assist you in going through a grieving process in our own way, so you can release any bottled up emotions or feelings that need to be released. 30 minutes
Track 2 – Saying Goodbye: This self hypnosis healing grief process is designed specifically for people who have lost a loved one,but were unable to say goodbye for one reason or another. Quite often there may be feelings of guilt associated with “not being there” at the time. 30 minutes
