Track 1 – Imagery for Anger and Forgiveness: This guided imagery anger release process will assist you with releasing any anger that is associated with you needing to forgive a person, event or situation. Remember, forgiveness means that you will no longer feel angry and it means that you can begin to heal. Forgiveness is for you and it does not mean you have to like the person in the end. 28 minutes
Track 2 – Anger and Removing Past Blockages: This guided imagery anger release process is working on the inner child and healing any relationships that have created disharmony and anger within you. You be able to release and remove any past blocks and regain that sense of peace within you. 35 minutes
