Track 1 – Guided Meditation for Grief: Along with the path of healing that leads into the heart, one is called upon to examine grief. Grief can be binding. As the mind contracts about its grief, the spaciousness of the heart often seems very distant. This meditation connects with the tears, the laughs unlaughed, the moments unlived. One need not have experienced the death of a loved one in order to find this exploration a useful endeavor. It makes room in our heart for our pain, for our healing, for our life. 30 minutes
Track 2 – The Mother of Mercy Meditation: The main focus is on “Dissolving the Shadows of the Past”. Meeting the grief in mind, meeting the grieving world with a bit more wisdom and forgiveness, we enter the healing moment fully alive. You will breakthrough any old pain and limited experiences of life. You will explore and recognize that grief does not begin until loss has been arisen. This is also very excellent for healing grief. 23 minutes
