Track 1 – Habit of Mouth Biting: This habit of mouth biting may have originated for a reason, however you’re realizing now that whatever that reason was and perhaps it served some sort of function at the time is no longer appropriate, desirable or necessary. With this process you will begin to be irritated by it more and more, so you decide to stop. 30 minutes
Track 2 – Releasing Frustration: Releasing frustration is very important. When we are stuck in frustration, we are trying to control the conditions or situation. This process will assist you in looking at your situation in a different perspective. You will be able to let go the frustration and allow the positive change to flow into your life. 29 minutes
