This process will work at a deep level within your subconscious mind, so you will begin to accept that exercise can be fun. Changes will happen in your perception of exercise, making the transition easier. 30 minutes
Track 2 – Self Hypnosis for Physical Activity and Exercise: This process will assist you in realizing how it is a waste of energy just sitting around and thinking about exercise. The thoughts about exercise can be overwhelming and depressing. This process will assist you in realizing that movement is a natural process. 30 minutes
