You will learn an effective way of getting rid of those unwanted thoughts and soon the obsessive behavior will disappear. 30 minutes
Track 2 – Creating Alternatives: This self-hypnosis process is great when you feel “stuck” in a particular mode of behavior. You will learn to create a more acceptable alternative without direct intervention as this overcomes resistance. 30 minutes
