Track 1 – Controlling Your Mind and Emotions to Stay Drug Free: This overcoming addiction and hypnosis process is good if certain people are upset or get emotionally triggered. Family gatherings or hanging out with your old party buddies can trigger the desire to do drugs again again. Instead of finding an outside source of comfort (drugs), they will find it within themselves. When you can control your mind and emotions, the triggers will no longer get to you. You will have a choice to say, “No”. 30 minutes
Track 1 – Easing the Drug Addiction Withdrawals: Trying to make it past a week of being drug free can be a struggle for many people. This overcoming addiction and hypnosis process will assist you in overcoming those withdrawals and assist you in winning back your life. 30 minutes
Track 3 – Moving Forward in Your Life Drug Free: Once you stop doing drugs or feel that sense of control, you want to be able to move forward in your life without the want, need or desire to do drugs again. This is very, very important. Remember, stopping is one thing, but staying free from drugs is the key. You don’t want anything to trigger you back into the old habits. 30 minutes
Track 4 – Planning Your Life and Social Activities Drug Free: This overcoming addiction and hypnosis process will assist you in staying in control during the your day to day activities, around various people, under stress conditions, holiday stress, work stress, social activities, etc. You will be taking one day at a time and building upon it for your success and freedom. 35 minutes
