Description
Track 1 – Anger Management: In self hypnosis track will assist you in developing the skills to relax your body, quiet the mind and release any anger toward yourself, your current situation or toward others. 25 minutes
Track 2 – Road Rage: This hypnotherapy process used a NLP technique called “parts therapy”. You will connect to those negative emotions and begin to realize the positive intention by getting anger. You will communicate with that other part of you and come to an agreement to integrate that part of you that is calmer. Assisting you in feeling calmer and more in control. 30 minutes
