Allowing yourself to release any anger, disappointment, guilt, sadness, etc. Feeling calm, quiet and peaceful in the end. In this process there is a mixture of guided imagery and hypnosis. 29 minutes
Track 2 – Overcoming Anger: In with hypnotherapy process you will realize how your anger is the most destructive of all your emotions because it lies hidden, unrecognized and causes maladjustment. In this process you will find understanding and peace with yourself and the world. You will also develop a tolerance toward everyone and no longer allow yourself to get triggered or sucked into negativity. 30 minutes
