Track 1 – Accepting Yourself: I feel this process is very important for people who have been striving to do their very best, yet it was never good enough and they felt they had to do more – and more. As a result of this behavior, you can feel frustrated and stressed. With this process you will begin to feel more at peace with yourself. You will begin to feel calmer and more relaxed. You will learn to accept that your best is good enough and you really don’t need to prove to anyone that you can do better – because you’ve always done your very best. By doing this you will release frustration and despair. You will relax and open your creative subconscious mind as you finally begin to accept the suggestions and ideas as your own. 30 minutes
Track 2 – Stop the Compulsive Lying: This process is designed for people who are beginning to realize that lying is getting them nowhere. It could have started off as a little white lie, but you’ve decided it’s time to quit lying. Lying , like smoking, drinking and gambling can be an addiction. 30 minutes
