Track 2 – Insomnia Part 1: This process is great for someone who has difficulty quieting their mind. At times our bodies can become so tired, yet our mind is just rambling on and on. This process is great for quieting the mind, relaxing the body, leaving any daily concerns outside the door, and allowing your body to get a good nights sleep. I have used this process several times as well as many of my clients. 30 minutes
