Track 1 – Nail Biting: In this self hypnosis process you will realize that in the past, when you used to bite your nails, you found that chewing those nails seemed to help with the tension inside of you. All that is changing now because in this process your body knows how to relax. And instead of chewing those nails, if you feel tension or need comfort, or for any other reasons, you will simply allow the hand to float up, past the mouth and the teeth, to touch the cheek. 30 minutes
Track 2 – Releasing Frustration: Releasing frustration is very important. When we are stuck in frustration, we are trying to control the conditions or situation. This process will assist you in looking at your situation in a different perspective. You will be able to let go the frustration and allow the positive change to flow into your life. 29 minutes
