Description
Track 1 – Nervous Cough: In this self hypnosis process you will allow yourself to remember a time when that old nervous cough of yours began to occur. You’ll remember the last time that you experienced it. Where were you? What was you doing? Who was you with? Or were you alone? Anything that would triggered this response within you. 27 minutes
Track 2 – The Blue Cave: You will imagine walking along a beautiful beach – somewhere far, far away – there is no-one else around and you will connect to your feelings. You will feel happy about having this time alone because this is a time for YOU. You will go to a place within to look for a solution to your problem. Great for self exploration and guidance. 28 minutes
