Yet when things went wrong in the past, did you get worried until you made yourself ill? If so, this self hypnosis CD is for you. Ask yourself – does worrying change or improve anything for you? Track 2 – Simple Sailing (Releasing Unnecessary Personal Baggage): You will imagine setting sail from a quiet dock, experiencing the sea with all its beauty, wonder and challenges. You are imagining yourself on a boat, sailing on a warm summer’s day. You will release any and all unnecessary personal baggage and just be one with the act of simply sailing. When you return to the dock, you will return with a new found energy and perspective. This process uses guided imagery and self hypnosis techniques. 28 minutes
