Track 1 – Overcome Indigestion: This guided imagery and hypnosis process will assist you in avoiding the foods and drinks that cause problems. You will try to eat the best foods for you as possible. You will really concentrate on overcoming this problem that’s been bothering you for so long. You find that you develop a total aversion for all those foods, drinks and smokes that trigger the symptoms of indigestion, therefore you do not have them. 30 minutes
Track 2 – Eating and Drinking More Slowly: It takes 20 minutes for your brain to register with your mind when you are full. This guided imagery and hypnosis process will assist you in slowing down the eating process, so you can enjoy, relax and “savior” your meal. 30 minutes
