Track 1 – Imagery to Build Your Motivation to Exercise Regularly: This guided imagery exercise motivation process will assist you in removing any negative blocks that are limiting you from being motivated to exercise. When you remove the negative, you are making room for the positive suggestions. This process also has suggestions for healthy eating, drinking more water, portion control, eating slower, and increasing your self confidence. 30 minutes
Track 2 – Goal Achievement: This guided imagery process will do to a very deep level of your mind, where all behaviors begin. You will become aware of your many achievements in life and begin to build strong goals for your continued motivation to exercise. 30 minutes
