Track 1 – Post Traumatic Stress Disorders: This process uses a NLP technique to assist you in overcoming PTSD. You will imagine yourself in a theatre and on the screen, you will see a movie picture played for you. You will see your name on the screen because the movie picture is of your life. From this experience you will be able to learn and understand your PTSD. You will realize that the past is the past and there is nothing that you can do to change what happened, but you can change the way that you feel about it now. This process can be very comforting for you, as the impact of that event will begin to lessen. 33 minutes
Track 2 – Releasing Frustration: Releasing frustration is very important. When we are stuck in frustration, we are trying to control the conditions or situation. This process will assist you in looking at your situation in a different perspective. You will be able to let go the frustration and allow the positive change to flow into your life. 29 minutes
