Track 1 – Self Belief: In this process you will learn a technique to help you implement change. You will learn to become more decisive, believing in yourself and trusting yourself, but also learn how to shut out any negative influences. Stopping them from even daring to enter your life. You will be able to connect and feel an awareness for your true self within this bubble or shield. This process will assist you with believing in your self worth and provide the protection you seek. 29 minutes
Track 2 – Handling Criticism: This process is important because you will develop the art of seeing clearly a person’s motivation around criticism and that will help shield you. You will learn to be detached from the criticism, so you can discover if it is designed to help you or hinder you. If it is a helpful suggestion, you will be able to accept their suggestion gracefully, instead of taking it personally. If it is meant to hinder you or is just a destructive mark, you will be able to recognize that and dismiss it. 29 minutes
