Description
Track 1 – Sleep Walking: In this process you will figure out what’s happening around or inside that drives you to get out of bed in your sleep. What is the trigger? Is it an external factor or is it due to something you’re dreaming about? Your subconscious mind knows every single thing that’s ever happened to you. 30 minutes
Track 2 – Good Night Sleep: This process will take you first into a deep relaxed state, while you create a inner sense of peace, balance and harmony. Once the body is deeply relaxed and your mind is quiet, you will drift and float into a good night sleep. 30 minutes
