Track 1 – Stop Stuttering: My older brother stuttered for years. I learned that when he got excited or nervous around certain people, he would stutter. This process will assist you in become more relaxed with yourself, your words and your emotions. 26 minutes
Track 2 – Eliminating Stuttering: This process you will learn to let go of any need to hold back words or feelings. You will be able to open yourself up to change so you will be free from the feelings, thoughts and habit that has caused you so much difficulty in the past. Words will soon be able to fall out of your mouth as if stuttering means nothing. 28 minutes
