Track 1 – To Promote Self Healing Before Surgery: This hypnotherapy process focus is on healing before surgery. Creating a balance with the mind and body before surgery. Assisting the listener in believing and expecting healing to occur within their body. This process will allow them to release any resistance, anger, frustration, or fears around the healing process. They will make peace with their current situation and allow the healing to begin. The listener will be prepared for anesthetic and know that they are in control of what’s happening to their body. They can relax and allow the healing systems to come together. 37 minutes
Track 2 – Your Healing Imagery: This guided imagery process will allow you to focus your attention on the symptom or problem that has been bothering you. You will allow an image to emerge as you explore it. Then you will allow an image to emerge that represents the healing or resolution of this symptom or problem. Then you will allow this two images to merge into one, as you watch the transformation. This is a powerful healing imagery exercise. 35 minutes
